Parkinson

I have 2 Parkinson lines, that may ultimately be related.

First Line.  Ellen Parkinson, bc 1742; bur 24 FEB 1769, St. Chad, Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire, England; m 5 DEC 1762, St. Chad, Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire, England, Solomon Gardner.  See my Gardner page for information on Solomon and their descendants.

Second line.

Lawrence Parkinson was born circa 1570, Myerscough, Lancashire.His wife is unknown. He had: Edward, bc 1609; Richard, bc 1610, dc 1658; Peter, bc 1612; Lawrence, bc 1614, dc 1693; Margaret bc 1616; James bc 1620, d 1636; Alice, bc 1623, d 1662; and Frances, bc 1625.

Richard Parkinson, of Myerscough, was born circa 1610 and died circa 1658 in Eccleston, Lancashire, England. He married 1633, St. Michael on Wyre, Lancashire, England, Mary Lytham (bc 1617; dc 1686). See my Lytham page for information on Mary. They had: Robert bc 1637, Eccleston, Lancashire, England; Richard , bc 1640; Jennet bc 1640, d 1679; and Lawrence, bc 1645, d 1682.

Richard Parkinson, of Eccleston, was born circa 1640. He married on 13 NOV 1665, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England, Joan Crook.  They had: 1) Margaret c 21 MAR 1667, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England; Mary c 20 MAR 1669, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England; Lawrence c 15 DEC 1672, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England; John bur 5 OCT 1676, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England; John c 14 NOV 1680, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England; and Elizabeth c 21 JUN 1684, St. Michael’s, St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, England.
